01 — Regulate
Before anything can be built, the nervous system needs to be able to hold it. Old wiring is identified and released. Sleep, food, and routine are rebuilt from the ground up. Paced deliberately — because too much too soon overwhelms a dysregulated system.
02 — Integrate
Survival turns into building. Vision, mission, and identity get specific. The Core Four gets installed — a daily operating system covering Calm Mind, Peak Health, Lethal Execution, and Strong Relationships. Not aspirational. Running.
03 — Expand
